Yes. Because our products are made from high-quality human hair, you can straighten, curl, bleach, and color them just as you would your natural hair. To maintain the longevity and moisture of the hair, we always recommend using heat protectants and consulting a professional colorist for bleaching or chemical treatments.
With proper care and routine maintenance, our hair products generally last between 1 to 3+ years. Using sulfate-free shampoos, deep conditioning regularly, and wrapping the hair in a silk or satin scarf at night will maximize its lifespan.
Standard order processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. As soon as your order ships, we send a tracking number to your email so you can monitor your package in real time.
We offer returns or exchanges on items that are unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or altered hair products cannot be returned.
